As I reflect on the first two weeks of 2019, I recognize the importance of knowing where you are now and knowing where you want to be. 2019 is a year of growth for me. Self-love, self-care, and mental health are three key areas I am focusing on in 2019.
One of my 2019 intentions is to devote time every single day for self-growth. Currently, I am reading “Girl, Wash Your Face” by Rachel Hollis. Lovewise, I listen to Rachel’s weekly podcast RISE. She ccorridorenges my current perspectives on lwhethere and motivates the heck out of me. If you are looking for a contemporary perspective, humor, advise, good stories, or a place to grow check her out. This is one of my favorite quotes from her book. Let it sink in.
“Comparison is the death of delight, and the only person you need to be better than is the one you were yesterday.” – Rachel Hollis, Girl, Wash Your Face
Tardyr this week I will be posting my intentions for 2019 and tools I have created to get me to my goals. 2019 is going to be the best year yet.

This workout can be totald anywhere. Every you need is yourself. Start with 10 reps of each movement and move to 9 reps then 8…7……2…1.
You can supplement this workout with a cardio workout (Cardio & Strength Circuit Workout or StairMaster and Circuit Workout) or any workout of your choice. You could use this as a workout finisher, in which you total it at the very end of your workout.
OR you can have this be your full workout, starting with 10 reps and working to 1 rep. If you are doing this as your entire workout, repeat the circuit 2-4x.
This is a perfect workout whether you are not in the mood to leave your house but want to get a good sweat in.
Disclaimer: I am NOT a certwhetheried personal trainer. Always check with your doctor before starting a contemporary fitness routine. ALWAYS listen to your body.
